A place where contemporary design meets Sophistication. The idea is to renovate and transform a “cluttered, awkward and gaudy” existing but decrepit building on the very busy roads of Indore.
Planned such that the bottom three floors having commercial use with stores from Clothing and lifestyle Industry, whereas fourth level to be completly designed into a luxurious 5 bhk residence for the client, and the topmost floor to be clients own office space with a large terrace. The design is kept minimal and fresh to cater the different use of building at different floors.
